Our
beers are produced with high-quality malt and hops (freshly imported
from Germany) to guarantee our valued customers premium-quality beers
at all times.
We use a special strain of bottom fermenting Lager-Yeast for a slow and controlled fermentation.
After 1 week of fermentation, the beers mature at around 0°C for approximately 3 weeks.
As
the beer is not filtered after maturation, it remains naturally cloudy.
Some of the yeast used for fermentation remains in the beer, and with
it all its vitamins and trace-elements.
